When you purchase a product of any kind via mail order, the most difficult part is what happens after the sale. Many companies are selling literally out of a garage. While that does not make them a bad company, you have to ask do they really have the capability to offer REAL service after that sale. Are you going to have to wait until someone gets home from his or her day job to help you? Or until they get done with their main business and get to the back corner where they run this business out of?

Extreme Toy Store is a FULL time store with a FULL time highly trained service department. You will have the comfort of purchasing from a licensed vehicle dealer. We have been helping consumers through mail order since 1989 and know how to take care of you.

If you are not worried about what happens after the sale, purchase your new toys at the absolute cheapest place you can find them. Just remember that if the people you are buying from are not making money, they probably won't be around to service you in the future. If they shut down and this is not their primary business, you have no recourse.

You DO need to realize some things about purchasing a motorized vehicle!
These are mechanical vehicles. They DO require some initial set up and they DO break. If you are not mechanically minded or do not have the support of someone who is, you should ask us questions before you purchase some of these toys. Larger products that may need to be truck shipped are too costly to ship back to us for repair. While factory warranties are in effect, we may have to ship you parts for you or someone in your area to install. While many of these toys can be repaired at dealers all over the country, we are not trying to dump those responsibilities off on others. This is information most of our competitors don't tell. We see statements like "Serviced at Locations near you" and we don't feel that is always accurate. We would rather not have a customer at all than to have an unhappy customer.
