The prices you see here are available only from our online store. We are able to offer them in part because it requires no time from our parts department to supply you with customer service. Basically saying that if you need help with fit or customer service you should purchase either on the phone or in person at our store. You may or may not receive the same price you find here online. You will also have to follow online procedures for customer service as well and it will all be handled electronically such as email, not on the phone.

Parts are ordered usually twice a week from Kawasaki. Your order will normally take 7 to 10 days to arrive to you. If your part is not available from Kawasaki when we order, we will contact you usually with multiple options.

There are several things that you should consider before ordering parts online:

• All available parts are OEM Parts.
• For older vehicles not all parts may be available (If you see a part listed but not a price the part is not available).
• If you aren't sure that you have the right part, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you with any questions
• Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• No returns on electrical parts.
• Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.
