Returns other than warranty
Any return directly to Extreme Toy Store MUST have previous return authorization by emailing service@extremetoystore.com. Any return without authorization will be denied.

We DO NOT accept returns of used merchandise. If you start a motorized vehicle it is NOT returnable other than for warranty repairs.

For a 15% restocking fee (plus shipping charges), you may return the unused item within THIRTY DAYS (30) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for any missing parts and/or accessories and will not be credited for incomplete returns or for items returned in other than new condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in like new condition. Any MSO or title must be signed back to Extreme Toy Store and returned before any refund. Any documents and warranty papers must be included with any return in blank, unused condition. Returns due to defect or processing errors will not incur a restocking fee.

Return Procedure
For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or other like carrier. Heavy products may require truck shipping. Don't forget to insure for the full value.

At Extreme Toy Store our Privacy Policy is very simple..... We do not sell or release names, email addresses or other personal info to any third parties for any reason.............. Period.

Also, please note that our shopping cart is protected with Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption so that your credit card information cannot be read during transmission. You can know that your shopping is secure when you see the lock icon appear at the bottom of your browser window when you reach the checkout page.
Shipping policies
Extreme Toy Store is excited to be able to offer you some of the most competitive prices available. The shipping policies that we have in place are a large part of what allows us to do so. Thank You.
Standard shipping charges will normally apply.
Our shopping cart will not reflect accurate shipping on orders for muiltiple items. Some of these items may be shipped separately, since they come from different sources.

Orders over $50.00 must be shipped to billing address of credit card. In many cases this will apply to orders under $50.00 as well. Please email us if you have other needs or note in the "Special instructions/comments" that you are shipping to an address other than the billing address and that we will contact you to discuss.

International orders will be charged actual airmail rate with insurance fees. In most cases this will be more than the quoted shipping on the order page. In many cases, payment via wire transfer will be required. If this is the case on your order, you will be notified with details via email.

NOTE: Fax & Mail orders paid by personal check are held for ten (10) business days pending clearance of the check. For speedier delivery, cashiers check or money orders are suggested.
